Mark Chapman and Rachin Ravindra Ruled Out Due to Injuries

Mark Chapman has suffered a left hamstring injury during the European T20 Premier League. An MRI scan earlier this week revealed that he will need about two more weeks of rehab before being fully fit again, a New Zealand Cricket statement said.
Rachin Ravindra also suffered a right shoulder dislocation during a promo shoot and is still recovering. He is not yet fit enough to comfortably field in white-ball cricket.
New Zealand Announce Replacement Players for ODI Series

There are some changes to the New Zealand squad ahead of their ODI series against India due to injury concerns.
Players brought into the squad include:
Tim Seifert – The wicketkeeper batter has been added to the squad for the first three ODIs after he was already named for the last two games.
Henry Nicholls – The left-hand batter has been brought into the squad for the first three games.
Dean Foxcroft – The all-rounder will come in for the last two ODIs.
Matt Fisher – The pace bowler has been brought into the squad for the first three games
This will provide New Zealand with extra options ahead of the five game series against India.
What This Means for the India vs New Zealand ODI Series

Losing Mark Chapman and Rachin Ravindra will be a big problem for New Zealand going into the ODI series. They are experienced players and have a lot to offer the team.
They will have to rely on their replacements and India will try to take advantage of these changes. As the series gets underway on the 4th of November, it will be important to see how the players are and who will be playing in the team.
